Board of Directors
The Grand Rapids Pride Center Board of Directors is a committed group of community members looking to support and advance the work and mission of the Grand Rapids Pride Center and the Grand Rapids LGBTQ+ community. A hybrid working and governing board, members of the GRPC Board of Directors will have an active role both in the strategic development of the organization and the day to day programs and services.
GRPC Board of Directors members are asked to commit to about 10 hours per month to the organization, which includes Board and committee meetings. GRPC Board meetings are currently scheduled for the second Monday of the month from 7p-9p.

- The Executive Director and/or a GRPC board member will reach out to you to schedule a time for you to meet and get to know each other.
- Based on the application and initial meeting, applicants may then be invited to meet with the entire BOD at its next scheduled meeting.
The timeline for an individual applying and being voted onto the Board of Directors can take up to 2 months depending on individuals’ schedules, scheduled Board meetings, etc.
