This day is to bring awareness to the public about the impact of HIV/AIDS on young people. Today, we celebrate the work that youth are doing to educate the public about HIV/AIDS and the work surrounding it.

Lesbian Visibility Day started in 2008 and aims to show our solidarity with every woman within the LGBTQ+ community, as well as celebrate lesbians. It is essential that Lesbian Visibility Day is a voice for unity and lifts up ALL women, especially those who come from marginalized communities.
