Though I have the insight gained from a Masters degree and extensive professional experience, I believe you are your own expert. My role is to facilitate and guide your personal growth. I use current evidence-based best practices including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and elements of motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and emotion-focused treatment.
